Domestic cleaning is charged at an hourly rate of £24 per hour if you provide the equipment and materials, minimum 2 hour booking, or £30 per hour if you need us to provide the equipment and materials, minimum 3 hour booking. Do I need to be home while my house is cleaned?
No, we you can go our whilst we clean, we are also happy to use a lockbox or even hold keys if you are not available at the cleaning time.
Will you send the same person each time?
We aim to assign a fixed regular cleaner yes, but we do send cover cleaners if someone is sick or on holiday to main a consistent service. If this doesn’t work for you, we can just reschedule for when you assigned cleaner is available next.
How do you take payment?
We invoice either after the clean for one off cleans, or on the last day of each month for regular cleans. Payment needs to be made within two weeks of invoice by bank transfer.
Are there any times or days you do not work?
It’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done. We have found it common for clients to tip at the end of each cleaning or make a larger tip at the end of the year. Please make sure money left as a tip is marked as such. Tips may also be added to your credit card payment. Please note that 100% of the tips go directly to the cleaning technicians performing the job.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations by 5pm the day before are free, before 9am on the day incurs a cancellation charge of £25+VAT, after this and the visit is charged in full.
Can I request different focus areas or tasks to be done?
As long as it’s in our remit then yes, you are welcome to draw up a cleaning schedule for us to add to our job system which can even include pictures and video for the cleaners, or you can just let us know what each visits focus should be. We will accommodate whatever we can for you in the booked time.
Are you able to offer deeper cleaning services if needed?
Yes, we can offer one off deep cleaning, oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and even waste removal. These services do usually require some notice to arrange so please let us know as early as you can if you would be considering them.
