We understand that every business is different. We’ll work with you to create a cleaning spec that fits around your opening hours, focusing on the areas/tasks that matter most to you – from reception and washrooms to desks, kitchens and meeting rooms. Our cleaners follow clear checklists and health & safety procedures, so you can be confident the same standard is delivered every visit.

Do I need to be on-site while my premises are cleaned?
No, you don’t need to be on-site. Most of our commercial clients prefer us to clean outside of working hours. We can use a lockbox, key safe or hold keys and alarm codes securely, following your access procedures.
Will we have the same cleaner each time?
Where possible, yes. We aim to assign a regular cleaner or small team to each site so they get to know your building and standards. If someone is on holiday or off sick, we send a cover cleaner and provide them with your checklist so the service stays consistent.
Do you supply all cleaning products and equipment?
This is up to you, we are happy to provide everything at an additional cost, or you are welcome to supply it and save some money. We have no problem telling you what you need to stock, just ask during the onboarding process if you would like to know recommended products and equipment.
Can I adjust the cleaning tasks or focus areas over time?
Yes. As long as the tasks are within our remit, you are welcome to update your priorities. We always create a specification for any new job we take on, so we both know exactly what is covered and what is expected. This can be reviewed at any time if operational needs change.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We don’t tie smaller sites into long, rigid contracts. For most standard office and commercial cleans we work on an ongoing rolling agreement with a notice period. Larger or multi-site contracts may have a minimum term, which we’ll clearly explain in your quote and terms and conditions we supply.
Do you provide risk assessments and insurance details?
Absolutely. We are fully insured and can provide copies of our public liability insurance on request anytime. If your building requires specific RAMS or site inductions, we can arrange this before we start.
Can you also provide deep cleans or additional services?
Yes. In addition to regular commercial cleaning we can arrange one-off deep cleans, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, oven and kitchen deep cleans, and waste removal. These services usually need a little notice to schedule, so please let us know as early as possible if you’re considering them.
